키토 베이스 간헐적 단식법

20시간은 굶고 4시간안에 3천칼로리 정도 먹는건데

키토베이스라 과자같은거 죄다 먹어도 되고 피자고 치킨이고 암거나

다먹어도됨..

직장인이라 예전에는 하루에 달걀 5개싸가지고 댕기고 보충제 끼고 살아도 겨우 체지 12퍼에 체중 74 골격근 37유지했는데

요거 시작하고 체중74 체지 10퍼 골격근 38됨 진짜 너무 행복해

물론 인슐린 민감성 높을 첫끼때는 보충제탄 두유랑 계란만 먹지만

나머지 3시간동안 과자도 존나먹고 탄수도 존나먹고 개행복해 시바아아아알

따라해보고 싶은 사람은 유튜브 대니조 간헐적 단식 이라 쳐서 보고 따라해보셈 삶의 질이 진짜 달라지고 근성장도 짱인거같음
